After your business department alignment on the change, submit a support request:
- In the Subject line, provide a Brief title of the change requested
- Select Change Request in the Type of Support field
- In the description field it is important to include the following information, please be as detailed as possible:
- Detailed description of the change, including the problem or opportunity it addresses
- Business justification for the change, including benefits and potential impacts
- Priority Level, indicating the priority of the request
- Emergency/work stoppage,
- High/critical to operations/impacts many users
- Medium/important to operations/impacting some users
- Low/helpful to improve operations
- Suggested timeline for implementing the change
- Affected Systems/Components: List of systems, modules, or components affected by the change
