IPRO utilizes Single Sign On for our accounts which is managed through our central IS department. This means that the Salesforce Team cannot do password resets.
If you cannot log into Salesforce Production and feel you may need your password reset, and are an IPRO employee, please submit a ticket with IS at https://isweb.ipro.org/ISSC/.
If you are an IPRO Contractor and need your Google password reset, please submit a ticket with IS at cloudsupport@ipro.org. .
