The “SSO Error” is the most common Salesforce Error when trying to log into production. Here are a few steps to verify before putting in a ticket:
- You are only using Chrome
- You only have 1 open browser window for Salesforce
- You are using this website to log in https://ipro3.lightning.force.com/
- IPRO Employee: Use “login with Microsoft” and authentication with DUO if you are not in an office
- IPRO Contractor: User “other login” “login with Google” and use your cloud.ipro ID and Password
- If all of this fails, try clearing your browser history for the last week and try again.
