Box requires you to reset your password every 60 days as outlined in the training materials. If you are unable to connect to Box from Salesforce and it has been approximately 60 days since you created your password, you may need to reset your password in Box.
To reset your Box password, follow these steps:
- Go to the website https://app.box.com/reset
- Enter your email address and click “Reset Password”
- Check your email for the link to reset your Box password. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
- Click the Box link and follow the instructions.
Please note: The Box link expires after 3 hours. If 3 hours have passed since you requested the link and you did not click on it, you will need to redo these steps and request a new link.
