Salesforce has recently updated their Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Policy, which now requires most users to download and use the Salesforce Authenticator App prior to logging in.
Download and install the Salesforce Authenticator app on your phone or tablet. Salesforce has a couple different apps available, please be sure to select this one:
- For iPhone, get the app from the App Store.
- For Android devices, get the app from Google Play.
